Video Policy

ELYLAND INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED (ELYLAND LLC) allows the Users to use images, music, sounds and other elements from the MyLands game (the right holder of which is ELYLAND LLC; hereafter - the Content) for creating videos (hereafter - the Productions) only under the following conditions:

1. ELYLAND LLC allows the Users to create and place the Productions which contain the Content only for noncommercial use, including for the creation of MyLands game video reviews. Using the Content for any other commercial purposes, except if targeted at drawing users to participation in the referral program in strict compliance with its terms, is forbidden.

2. ELYLAND LLC allows the Users to distribute the Productions containing the Content on the website of the Users they have been created by, and on other websites where such Products can be accessed for free (free of charge). Forcing a website audience into paying for watching such Productions in any way, is forbidden.

   This rule shall not be applied to Users who have signed separate partner programs with the websites which pay for Product views (such as YouTube, Justin.tv, Blip.tv, Own3d.tv and Ustream.tv).

3. The Users are forbidden to issue licenses for the use of the Productions containing the Content to other persons, whether free of charge or for payment, without the prior written consent of ELYLAND LLC.

4. It is forbidden to use deceptive and/or false advertisements of the MyLands game in the Productions, including advertisements that may mislead consumers because of their inaccuracy, falsity, ambiguity, exaggeration or understatements contained in such advertisements.

5. The Productions shall not contain hate speech, threats, sexual materials of erotic or pornographic nature, insults or bullying. It is forbidden to call for or otherwise to promote in the Productions actions dangerous to life and wellbeing of audience. In the Productions, it`s strictly forbidden to use materials containing a threat to the life or health of the minor or violation of his rights.

The Productions shall not contain any information, including calls to actions or advertising, which either makes it difficult or impossible for other users to access the MyLands game, or calls to any other deliberate actions making it difficult or impossible for ELYLAND LLC to perform its obligations, or calls for creating deliberate obstacles for other users not being integral to the current gameplay.

The Productions shall not contain any information, including calls to actions or advertising, encouraging to hack program components of the MyLands game and/or to intercept the data stream from/to the server, to create or use fraudulent methods,hacking and program products of third parties which can change the outcome of the MyLands game, as well as to use special software to fish the data of other users or otherwise to prevent the collection of information related to the MyLands game.

The Productions shall not contain any information, including call to actions or advertising, making it possible to access the accounts of users in the MyLands game or in any other games ELYLAND LLC.

The Productions shall not contain any information, including calls to actions or advertising, encouraging modification, alteration, decompilation, sale, distribution of modified materials of the MyLands game in whole or in part, the use of software errors, the changing of the code, gaining unauthorized access to the server and the database of the MyLands game.

TheProductions shall not contain any information,including calls to actions or advertising, encouraging the following actions with any in-game objects, values, services, payment method:

• Exchange of any in-game objects, values, services, payment methods for nongame values;

• Selling the in-game services out of game and/or for nongame values, including real world money;

• Buyingservices for nongame values, including real world money.

The Productions are forbidden to contain any links to third parties' resources containing information specified in paragraph 5 of the present Policy.

6. ELYLAND LLC shall not be liable to third parties for the content of the Productions created by the Users.

   The Users who have created the Productions shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to third parties through the creation and placement of such Productions.

7. ELYLAND LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, at any time, to prohibit the User the distribution of any Production in the event of the User's non-compliance with the conditions of the present Policy.
